It is important to remove both sub-filters and clear any debris. Additionally, you should detach the circular tubing that goes around the main filter to inspect that all openings for water disbursement are clear of any debris.
When water is present in the reservoir and the Fresair is powered on, the pumps will automatically activate. The green light indicates that the pumps are on, and a flashing green light occurs when the pumps are engaged. Please note that the pumps cycle intermittently and do not run continuously.
The pump may need to be replaced, or there could be a kink or pinch in the injection line.
