How do I complete the preventive maintenance process?

Here are the instructions for performing preventive maintenance on your Fresair S6 or S8 model. The preventive maintenance kit is the same for both models and consists of two pumps and one pine filter.

Step 1: Filter Replacement

1. Remove the six screws securing the top cover of your Fresair.

2. Locate the two black clips on the filter tray. Press them down and forward to lift the tray.

3. Disconnect the injection water line to completely lift and remove the filter tray.

4. Remove the old filter and replace it with the new one.

5. Before reinstalling the filter tray, clean and inspect both sub-filters for any debris.

6. Reinstall the filter tray by securing the front portion beneath the flange first, then secure the rear using the two black clips.

Step 2: Pump Replacement

1. Disconnect the water line from the pump.

2. Pull upward to remove the pump from the grommet.

3. Repeat this process for the second pump. Please note that the return and injection pumps use the same process and are completely interchangeable.

Step 3: Final Verification

1. Ensure all water lines are securely reconnected.

2. Before putting the top cover back on, run the system to verify that water is successfully being pumped up and returning to the reservoir.

3. Once verified, secure the top cover with the six screws.
